About the opportunity
The Dayforce Product & Technology (P&T) Organization is looking for bilingual (Spanish/English) Full Stack Software Developers to be part of a team creating the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
In your role as Software Developer, you will be part of a scrum team comprised of high caliber, hands-on software professionals. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating new products and features as well as completing and augmenting existing solutions and services. You'll work in a collaborative manner with fellow Developers, Architects, Test Analysts, Product Managers, UX and other stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and well-engineered.

• Drive the design and implementation of highly scalable and available innovative solutions
• You will be involved in conducting and participating in design and code reviews, unit, feature, and regression testing, and will collaborate with other software development teams and other departments on developing application solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
• Create working proof-of-concepts and recommend modern technologies to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and of high quality
• Participate in Product discussions to advise on and influence the Product Roadmap
• Take ownership and responsibility for development initiatives and make them happen
• Contribute to the engineering process and culture to continuously improve software development processes and practices
Skills and experience we value
• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles and hands-on experience using C#, .NET, .NET Core or Java/Spring Boot framework
• Experience with front-end languages, libraries, and frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.Js, Node.js, GraphQL)
• Experience with designing and implementing REST APIs
• Experience with advanced programming constructs such as multi-threaded programming, event-driven architecture, messaging
• Experience working with a microservice architecture
• Hands on experience in applying design patterns, writing unit tests and optimizing performance
• Experience with TSQL and relational database systems and exposure to NoSQL and Key-Value Database systems such as MongoDB
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, or other container-related technologies
• Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines, processes, and best practices
• Bilingualism in Spanish/English is required

La Organización de Producto y Tecnología (P&T) de Dayforce está buscando Desarrolladores de Software Full Stack bilingües (español/inglés) para formar parte de un equipo que está creando las soluciones de Gestión de Capital Humano (HCM) de siguiente generación de la industria.
En tu rol como Desarrollador de Software, serás parte de un equipo scrum compuesto de profesionales del software de alto calibre y participación activa. Serás responsable de diseñar, implementar e integrar nuevos productos y características, además de completar y aumentar soluciones y servicios existentes. Trabajarás de manera colaborativa con otros Desarrolladores, Arquitectos, Analistas de Pruebas, Gerentes de Producto, Experiencia de Usuario y otras partes interesadas a lo largo del proceso de desarrollo para garantizar que el producto esté funcionalmente completo y bien diseñado.

• Impulsarás el diseño e implementación de soluciones innovadoras altamente escalables y disponibles
• Estarás involucrado en efectuar y participar en la revisión de códigos y diseño, pruebas unitarias, funcionales y de regresión, y colaborarás con otros equipos de desarrollo de software y otros departamentos para desarrollar soluciones de aplicaciones
• Colaborarás con equipos interfuncionales para identificar y resolver problemas complejos
• Crearás pruebas de concepto funcionales y recomendarás tecnologías modernas para garantizar soluciones que sean escalables, sostenibles y de alta calidad
• Participarás en conversaciones sobre productos para orientar e influenciar la Hoja de Ruta de los productos
• Te apropiarás y responsabilizarás de iniciativas de desarrollo y las materializarás
• Contribuirás a la cultura y el proceso de ingeniería para mejorar continuamente las prácticas y procesos de desarrollo de software
Habilidades y experiencia que valoramos
• Conocimiento de fundamentos de diseño orientado a objetos y experiencia práctica usando estructuras Spring Boot/Java, NET Core, .NET o C#
• Experiencia con estructuras, bibliotecas y lenguajes frontend (Angular, React, Vue.Js, Node.js, GraphQL)
• Experiencia diseñando e implementando API REST
• Experiencia con constructos de programación avanzados como programación multihilo, arquitectura basada en eventos, mensajes
• Experiencia trabajando con una arquitectura de microservicios
• Experiencia práctica aplicando patrones de diseño, escribiendo pruebas unitarias y optimizando el desempeño
• Experiencia con TSQL y sistemas de bases de datos relacionales y exposición a sistemas de bases de datos clave valor y NoSQL como MongoDB
• Experiencia en Docker, Kubernetes u otras tecnologías relacionadas con contenedores
• Conocimiento de procesos, mejores prácticas y tubería de CI/CD DevOps
• Se requiere hablar español e inglés
