G**ain visibility**:with Internship Experience Project in your title, you’ll have a global network of SAP leaders, entrepreneurs and career development opportunities at your fingertips.**What you’ll do****Position Title: S**AP Mexico Early Career Talent - Solution Support**Location: M**onterrey, Mexico**Schedule: 4**0 Hours/Week**Expected Start Date**:July 2025A Solution Support Early Career Professional will work independently (within defined policies and processes) and building a collaborative work relationship with cross-functional teams within SAP.**Roles and Responsibilities**:U- tilize and improve state of the art collaboration channels like swarming, communities etc.C- ontribute to the Team KPIs.R- equire competence with various tools, procedures, programming languages used to accomplish the job.D- evelop technical skills like reading code / debugging / creation of small corrections where applicable.T- est internal systems to prevent future issues on customer's systems.D- eliver core customer support.H- andle customer issues in team environments (swarming) and individual-driven actions (incident solving or realtime support), in cooperation with experienced support engineers if necessary while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.T- ake ownership of customer support cases in different channels.P- rovide end users and customers with a technology driven, industry-leading support experience.B- ecome an active KCS Knowledge contributor - Create knowledge documents, tools and processes to support our customers, and to help colleagues prevent future issues (WIKI content, Knowledge Base Articles, Guided Answers.C- onduct Knowledge Transfer - Proactive Support and Incident Prevention Activities.S- tay curious and open to new experiences, while learning through daily tasks and targeted trainings.B- e actively on the forefront of industry technical and functional knowledge.A- ctively support SAPs Support transformation strategy.C- ontribute to innovation projects aimed at achieving our Vision and Goals and act as a Change Leader in the achievement of those projects.**What you bring**We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
