Position Description As a Technical Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities : Analyze and fulfill business needs by developing technical designs and specifications for IT systems. Leverage technology principles, knowledge, and practices to diagnose issues and enhance existing solutions. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT, programming, or systems analysis. Ability to work in project development and implementation; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical solutions. Excellent technical writing, communication, and analytical thinking skills Familiarity with FDA regulations, computer validation, and Sarbox regulatory requirements. Proficiency in test case writing and execution.
