Your tasks- To support the project core team during Production Validation builds, PPAP runs, Run at Rates, trial builds in production based on New Product Launch Schedule.- To track production requirements readiness for new product builds.- To manage and control new product launch work in process inventory.- To scrap parts with failures at the end of the special production runs.- To support on samples delivery process.- To support samples invoice process.- To supervise activities with suppliers in production floor to assure activities to be implemented on schedule.- Early escalation of quality related problems during the equipment during NPL builds.- Participate actively in Local Teams as required and applicable.- To support PV, PPAP builds, trial builds BQR report generation. To support the implementation steps for Engineering Changes in Launching new part numbers.- To coordinate and support the installation for new equipment.- To support availability of spare parts needed for the installation of new equipment- To support based on Launch Milestones: the Production team to reach the PV, PPAPS, R&R Goals- To support the trial, PV´s PPAPS, R&R runs in Production sequence.- To request and support the implementation for Engineering Changes in Launching part numbers (Component Level or Product/Process Level)**Profile**:Education / Certification: Industrial / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Technical careerProfessional Experience:1.5+ years experience in Cad Software.1.5+ years experience in Production/Quality related activities.Preferable: 1+ years experience in electronics production.Project and/or Process ExperiencePreferable: 1+ years experience Launching New Lines. PV, PPAP, R&R Process.
