Run what runs the world.Diese Position untersteht:Operations ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive operational and strategic efficiency in the purchasing department through in-depth process analysis, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in San Luis Potosi or Mexico city.You will be mainly accountable for:- Oversee the correct allocation and monitoring of the open process backlog (PR, PO, supplier registration in SAP Ariba)- Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls established by the organization (SLAs, approvals, audits).- Monitor and report area KPIs to detect deviations and propose corrective actions. (savings, CPQ, vendors evaluation)- Ensure the correct management of commercial contracts and purchase orders.Qualifications for the role- 5 years of professional experience in similar position or related- SAP management proficient in Purchase/Procurement modules- Advanced English communications skills- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint)- Data Analysis & Power BI skills - Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration or related)- Availability for business travels (20% of travel requirement per year)
