Chief Supply Officer

Supply Chain Professional Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supply chain management principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They should possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. Develop production plans that align with business goals while minimizing inventory levels and operational expenses. Collaborate closely with Supply/Production Planners on materials management requirements including setting inventory targets, safety stock levels; managing mix to meet working capital objectives while ensuring customer service standards are met. We are seeking an experiencedSAP/IBP professional who can provide planning support via timely production plans & accurate material needs resulting in enhanced S&OE process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Analyze demand trends, supplier capacity constraints, lead times. Identify potential risks that could impact supply chain performance. Provide recommendations on alternative sales plans ensuring optimal alignment. Facilitate seamless communication among internal stakeholders. Prioritize tasks according to urgency, be flexible adapting to quickly changing priorities or circumstances, and support team members when needed.
