Your Mission as a Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Altamkeen, your mission is to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, attracting top talent to drive our company’s growth and success. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce by supporting the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Recruiting Coordinator
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Act as the key liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to accurately reflect candidate statuses, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and participate in career fairs to promote Altamkeen as an employer of choice.
  • Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Recruiting Coordinator
  • 1+ years in a recruiting or HR support role.
  • Passion to pursue a career in HR and HR related work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and preferably experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Additional Information
  • Work Type: Hybrid (remote office-based).
  • Working Days Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m
