Your leadership will empower cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing high-performing teams and shaping sourcing strategies that support Carrier’s global success.**Key Responsibilities:**• Providing strategic leadership and oversight for assigned commodities to maximize business value • Leading and mentoring cross-functional sourcing teams to achieve operational and financial goals • Conducting operational and spend analysis, and executing annual sourcing strategies • Driving supplier negotiations, performance management, and operational support • Awarding contracts within spending limits and identifying new qualified sources of supply • Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve strategies • Analyzing supplier operations to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performance • Developing strategic plans for commodities or key suppliers • Managing relationships with one or more strategic accounts within assigned commodities • Leading the sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature • Ensuring supplier performance meets delivery, quality, and cost expectations**Requirements**We are looking for people who are strategic, analytical, and collaborative leaders.
