Make it your story.**:**This position reports to**:Service Sales Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and participating in the Rotational Trainee Program. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid -Complete a 24 months rotational program with the ABB Electrification Marketing & Sales team in MX. -Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed. -Participating in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles. -Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period. -Contributing to diverse social events and team activities and using the chance to establish a broad network within ABB.**Qualifications for the role**:- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics engineering, or similar with no more than 3 years of experience (internship is considered as experience)- Desire to learn and grow from a diverse set of experiences and people.- A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement.- You are at ease communicating in English at advanced level (must)- Technical knowledge in the fundamentals of electrical distribution and interpretation of electrical plans.**More about us**:
