We embrace the diverse perspectives and experiences each team member brings to their role, and we know it’s a catalyst for innovation.**Job Summary**:- Dar seguimiento al Plan de Producci#n.- Auditar Control Plans de su celda y asegurarse que est#n bien realizados por los operadores.- Conocer los procedimientos de Manufactura y Calidad.- manejo deBPCS.- RCCM del Uptime de su turno.- Control del Tiempo Extra.- Control de la asistencia y ausentismo de su personal.- Manejo del LDM de su turno (tier1,2,3), Trabajo Estandar del Lider, Hr x Hr, An#lisis, Pareto y Contramedidas.- Asegurarse que todos los sistemas de Seguridad est#n funcionando en los equipo, que el personal no cometa actos inseguros (uso de equipo personal, Pasillos y extintores no obstruidos, etc)- Realizar an#lisis junto con el equipo deScrap, FPY y OTD para que se mantengan en Verde.- Todas las actividades inherentes al puesto**Responsibilities**:- Seguimiento al sistema ISO 9001.- Cumplir con reglas de seguridad de la compa##a y las buenas pr#cticas de mfg- Participaci#n en LDM y seguimiento a KPI de la planta y al sistema de acciones correctivas.- Cumplir con los pasos del T#cnico de Manufactura- Tier 1 & 2 Meeting- Entrega de Turno- Nível de 5s - 3s o mas- Reglas b#sicas de flujo- Balanceo de FIFOS & KANBANS**Required Skills and Experience**- Buenas habilidades de comunicaci#nPara delegar y Motivar a los empleados,- Habilidad de An#lisis y soluci#n de Problemas- Ser Capaz de Trabajar bajo presi#n- Habilidad de comunicaci#n con la gente- Trabajo en Equipo- Carrera de Ingenieria Industrial (o similar) Terminada Preferiblemente- Conocimiento de ISO-9001- Tener experiência laboral- Manejo de Conflictos**Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.**Join a global community striving to improve connectivity and security.
