Training & Development Analyst

As a **Learning & Development Analyst **based at our Toluca plant and working on site, you will be responsible to lead, design and implement Education & Training strategies for technical employees. Diagnoses learning needs, identifies appropriate learning and development solutions to provide insights and relevant feedback to the HRBP and leaders. Ensure training calendar progression to comply with regional and local guidelines.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- **Learning and Development**:- Evaluate technicians learning requirements, business objectives, desired results, and constraints.- Conduct a skills assessment to identify specific training needs.- Build appropriate learning and development solution for hourly employees.- **HR Functions**:- Engage in budget HR programs branding, and internal events.- Lead on-boarding Process for Hourly People.- Participate as a COE People member.- Responsible for the administration of the internal communication channels- Leads internal administrative processes related to visits of senior management.- **Training**- Responsible of tracking for hourly and salaried training program. Ensuring compliance with the progressive training program- Investigate available training methods and procedures to determine the most effective manner by which to meet specific learning needs along with the global technician program team.- Measure the impact and results of the training solutions implemented.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Bachelor’s Degree: Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field- Experience: 1- 3 year in human resources, 1 year experience in designing and developing learning programs, preferably.- English: Advanced written and verbal.**ABOUT KELLOGG COMPANY**Kellogg Company is a multibillion-dollar company with over 30 thousand employees all over the globe.
