Reinhausen - donde el Poder se encuentra con la Pasión.Para nuestra zona Querétaro, Mexico estamos buscando**Human Resources Manager***:**Qué desafíos puede esperar?**:- Take care of all local HR topics and employee matters- Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees on various Human Resources issues- Support the annual Talent Cycle process- Contribute to global HR projects and share local best practices with the global HR Community- Plan, organize and monitor employee training- Schedule and conduct recruitment interviews and organize onboarding activities- Manage HR policies and procedures as well as compensation & benefits topics- Manage payroll reporting**Qué se espera de usted?**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Management- Knowledge and understanding of relevant HR legislation- Knowledge of employee benefits, employment practices, compensation and employee relations- Excellent communication and networking skills- Outstanding organisational skills- Able to work without supervision- Language requirements: Fluent in Spanish and English**Esto es lo que ofrecemos y mucho más**:**Haga click en nuestros beneficios para obtener más información.****Interesado?
