**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Prospecting & Outreach**: Identify and connect with personal injury lawyers in Los Angeles to establish and nurture referral partnerships.- **Bilingual Communication**: Conduct outreach in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication with diverse clients.- **Relationship Management**: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to maintain and manage ongoing relationships with partner law firms.- **Follow-Up**: Implement systematic follow-up strategies to convert leads into active referral partnerships.- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track outreach activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives.- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance outreach strategies and achieve higher conversion rates.**Qualifications**:- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in outreach, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the legal or healthcare sectors.- **CRM Expertise**: Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho for managing contacts and tracking interactions.- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both languages, with a personable and engaging demeanor.- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales and outreach strategies.- **Resilience**: Strong capacity to handle rejection, persistently pursue goals, and maintain a positive attitude.- **Technical Skills**: Comfortable with various marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.**Preferred Qualifications**:- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the legal or medical industries in Los Angeles.- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or CRM management (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certification).- **Cultural Competence**: Understanding of Hispanic cultural nuances and business practices to effectively engage Spanish-speaking clients.**Personal Attributes**:- **Excellent Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and connect with diverse professionals.- **Highly Motivated**: Self-starter with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.- **Adaptable**: Thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments, with the ability to pivot strategies as needed.- **Problem Solver**: Skilled at identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.Pay: $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Provide an example of a successful outreach campaign you managed.
