Jüsto es el primer supermercado mexicano sin tiendas físicas y 100% digital, buscamos revolucionar la industria de autoservicio por medio de prácticas comerciales más justas, reduciendo intermediarios, a través del desarrollo y aprovechamiento de tecnología y datos, y ser el súper favorito de todos.**INSTOCK MANAGER****Misión**:Asegurar disponibilidad de producto a través de la correcta gestión de inventarios para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.**Funciones**:- Envío y seguimiento a entrega de órdenes de compra con proveedores.- Generación de forecast en conjunto con equipo comercial.- Definición y ajuste del modelo de reabasto óptimo para la reducción de overstock.- Definir y ajustar estrategias de compra para la reducción inventario sin movimiento.- Generación de insights del comportamiento de la demanda a través de modelos de predicción y constante comunicación con equipo comercial.- Negociación y comunicación permantente con proveedores para lograr eficientar la cadena de suministro**Requisitos**:- +2 años de experiência en áreas como resurtido, planeación de la demanda, CPFR, logística.- Manejo avanzado de Excel y SQL, (SAP deseable).- Al menos 1 año en Start up, CPGs o Retail- Perfil analítico con capacidad de negociación
