Descripción y detalle de las actividadesEmpresa Binacional de Logistica, esta en busqueda de nuestro miembro del equipo de Seguridad Patrimonial:ACTIVIDADES A REALIZAR:- Inicio de turno, apertura de bitácora de monitoreo- Se inicia con la apertura de la bitácora de movimientos de unidades corroborando que todos los movimientos concuerden con los planes compartidos por despachos a lo largo del día.- Seguimiento y vigilancia de unidades en ruta- Se corrobora que las unidades sigan las rutas establecidas para cada destino y se trasladen de punto a punto a lo largo del día por medio de GPS.- Solicitud y registro de evidencias de revisiones de K9- Se mantiene comunicación continua con proveedor de K9, para coordinar las revisiones de las unidades que van a cruzar en cada punto de inspección, así como recopilar y registrar en reporte las evidencias de las revisiones a cada unidad que cruza lo largo del día.- Reporte, registro y seguimiento de paradas no planeadas de unidades en ruta- Detección de paradas no autorizadas de las unidades en ruta mediante la vigilancia constante del trayecto de cada unidad, se reporta a despacho y se da seguimiento a la causa de la parada de la unidad.- Actualización constante de rutas establecidas con clientes, proveedores etc.- Se mantiene en constante actualización el “catálogo de rutas establecidas DJA” con la recopilación de datos, registro, creación de rutas y geocercas de cada nuevo cliente, proveedor, puntos de carga y/o descarga.- Videovigilancia de instalaciones DJA- Se mantiene en vigilancia constante el perímetro e instalaciones de la yarda por medio del sistema CCTV- Investigación de incidentes por CCTV- Se realizan investigaciones de incidentes dentro de las instalaciones de la yarda DJA, así como su reporte oportuno y evidencias.- Apoyo a Safety (CTPAT) con incidentes del viaje, K9, Yarda, Libro electrónico.Experiência y requisitos**Requisitos**:- Conocimiento de plataformas de GPS (sugerido)- Conocimiento de CTPAT (seguridad en el transporte, de preferencia)- Manejo de computadora- Manejo de Excel- Comunicación efectiva (operadores y personal administrativo)- Toma de decisiones bajo presión- Responsabilidad y compromiso.- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)- Experiência mínima en Monitoreo: 1 año (Preferente)- Residir en la ciudad de Tijuana +5 añosBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Seguridad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Salario mensual neto** $3,000 - $4,000 MXN**Estudios** Preparatoria**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
