**Date**:Sep 5, 2024**Location**: Apodaca, NLE, MX, 66626**Company**:Hubbell Incorporated**Job Overview**:- Provide the organization with the objectives, polices, programs and procedures to ensure that the organizational culture is aligned to the company's objectives: Serve our costumer, Grow the Enterprise, Operate with Discipline, Develop our people.**A Day In The Life**:- Provides tools, resources, feedback, direction and motivation to staff to achieve the goals and results expected by the organization.- Ensures the organization has the culture and talent to meet the needs of operation.- Design and administration of salary and compensation programs, and staff services.- Directs Recruitment, Selection and Recruitment Polices.- Design and manages motivational and incentive programs.- Direct programs, processes and polices of Labor Administration to comply with LFT, LSS and Mexican Migratory Law.- Represents the company legally.- Human Resources Metrics Review: Turnover, Absenteeism, Training, HC.- Attend meetings with Plan Manager and Corporate.- Meet internal and corporative control requirements.- Meet ISO 9001 standard- BU and corporate reports- Collective Labor Contract negotiations with Union.- Conducting interviews and hiring staff.- Directs and designs workplace and satisfaction customer surveys.- Participate in the company's internal and external events.**What will help you thrive in this role?**:- Staff development- Lead high level teams- Conduct audits- Affiliation- Integration- Self-directed- Decisions-making- Communication- Personnel management- Continuous improvement- Innovation**Competencies**:
