Role Overview As a Commercial Inside Sales Insurance Officer, you support clients with insurance queries, coordinate appointments, manage insurance applications and claims, maintain communication with clients, insurers, and third parties, and undertake administrative and commercial tasks related to insurance. You also initiate, schedule, and conduct local market development activities. Responsibilities Support customers with insurance questions and schedule appointments Mediating insurance and additional financial products Monitoring progress of insurance applications and claims Maintaining contact with customers, insurers, and other parties Performing administrative and commercial tasks for insurance Initiating, scheduling, and executing local market development activities Competencies Fluent in Dutch and English Customer‑oriented, accurate, stress‑resistant, representative, and collegial Strong communication and social skills Possession of relevant Wft certifications or willingness to obtain them Structured working style and proactive attitude Requirements MBO/HBO work and thinking level Possession of WFT Basis and WFT Business Claims (income claims is a plus) At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant role Good knowledge of MS Office and systems Knowledge of Faster Forward Elements is a plus Commercial, results‑driven, socially engaged, and collegial Client and service oriented, capable of working in a structured manner Benefits €3,000 – €4,000 gross per month based on a full‑time employment contract (depending on knowledge and experience) 32 to 40‑hour work week 24 vacation days Opportunity to expand Wft knowledge, e.g., WFT Income Laptop and possibility to work from home Travel reimbursement depending on distance Discounts on insurance Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Administrative Solliciteer nu #J-18808-Ljbffr
