So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.- So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need._Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:**Purpose**Support operational tasks of the Latin America (LA) Business Finance area by providing creative and innovative vision, supporting Cross Regional Projects and Analysis giving information to take decisions.**Responsibilities**- Active participation in Building Financial Models across LA Region (Latin America North: Mexico, Costa Rica and Colombia & LAS: Argentina, Brazil and Chile).- Active support in Regional end to end Analysis for Latin America.- Monthly Support in consolidation processes in LA that involve Key Financial Indicators (CCC, Past Due, Inventories, etc).- Active participation in Non manufacturing CAPEX administration in LA.- Contact with Functional Areas in Countries to bring continuous support in Active Regional Projects- Analysis of returns on new business investments.- General Support to LA Finance for profitability analysis that involved cross-region topics.- Continuous processes improvment through BI Tools.LI-HybridRequisitos / Qualifications:**Requirements & Competencies**- Bachelor's Degree Management or Finance matters.- Advanced English level.- Knowledge in SAP and Office packages: Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI.- Experience in Financial Modeling & Financial Statements Interpretation.- Finance, Analysis, FP&A, Costs, Controlling (desirable experience)**What we offer**At Bridgestone, what really matter is to foster co-creation opportunities and empowering you to be creative and curious to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.Whatever role you fill, when you represent Bridgestone, you are a valued teammate, and part of our larger mission to “Serve Society with Superior Quality”.
