Plant Controller

Job based in Torreon II, Matamoros, Coah. Torreon Plant, E-Systems division

As Plant Controller , you will be responsible for reporting the financial situation at plant operation, as well as the forecast preparation, risk detection, and opportunities. You will follow the work plan, operation record, and develop finance staff.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Annual Budget, work with Operations and review with them to get Team Commitment
• Monthly Forecast review, HFM submission including stats, balance sheet, and all Forecast reports
• Cash flow management
• Operational weekly review, variance to Forecast, assessment for month end close
• Ensure compliance and execution of all financial auditable procedures (SOX/FOA)
• Expense reports review
• Prepare and review monthly accounts reconciliation
• Asset’s control (PAR's)
• Internal Control responsible in Plant
• Lead actions to reduce operating costs
• Weekly financials review
• Work with Operations / Staff meeting participation
• Prepare activity reports for operations management as required

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.
• 3+ years as Assistant Controller in the automotive industry or maquiladora sector
