_**Maintenance Supervisor**_Empresa global del giro metalmecánica, ubicada en Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León se encuentra en búsqueda de un Maintenance Supervisor.**Objetivo Principal**:El Supervisor de Mantenimiento es responsable y dirige el equipo técnico de mantenimiento supervisando sus actividades y manteniendo los equipos operativos relacionados con las operaciones y los sistemas en toda la planta, informando al Director de Mantenimiento..**Requisitos del puesto**- Ingeniero Electromecánico, Licenciado en Robótica o carrera afín (titulado).- Experiência de más de 3 años en el departamento de mantenimiento de operaciones (Producción/Facilities).- Inglés Avanzado.- Visa y Pasaporte vigente.- Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Excel, Word y Power Point.- Capacidad para gestionar grupos de personas (más de 10 miembros del equipo).- Disponibilidad de horario.**Responsabilidades**:- Supervisar al equipo técnico de mantenimiento con enfoque en seguridad, cumplimiento de 5S y estándares de calidad.- Asegurar la ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo conforme al plan establecido.- Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave como **MTTR, MTBF y MTTF** para mejorar la confiabilidad de los equipos.- Administrar refacciones críticas, requisiciones, presupuestos y consumibles del área.- Atender con sentido de urgencia las solicitudes de mantenimiento de otras áreas.- Aplicar medidas disciplinarias conforme a políticas internas y el Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo.- Participar en auditorías de seguridad, juntas mensuales y reuniones operativas.- Proponer mejoras continuas para reducir consumos de energía, costos y mejorar disponibilidad de equipos.- Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo y mantener buenas relaciones laborales con el equipo.Ubicación: Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León, C.P. 65513.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $36,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es su expectativa salarial antes de impuestos?
