In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you as an Equipment Engineer, will be responsible for ensuring production equipment is in good condition, available and safe to support manufacturing goals and objectives.About the job:- Ensure equipment is in good condition by technical support on machine maintenance.- Design tooling's, fixtures and jigs needed by the production.- Lay-out project plan with technicians (conceptualization, needed parts & schedule of activities)- Create system on stocking of parts, monitoring of withdrawals & acquisition for replenishment of parts.- Review requested parts, assist in sourcing of parts, and follow up delivery schedule.- Support production for equipment re-layout & machine conversions.- Ensure on-time calibration of equipment’s.- Generate work instructions, set-up checklist & control charts as required.- Conduct trainings & seek out maintenance activities for each technician.About you:- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably a license Engineer.- At least 5 years' work experience in an electronics / automotive manufacturing company- Experience in running and maintaining assembly and test lines and drive equipment OEE and maintenance programs.- Strong sense of teamwork, team player and leadership- Knowledge on automation is an advantage.- Good English oral and written communication skills- Proven skills using TPM and six sigma tools.- Preferably with AutoCAD and PLC and Minitab background.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
