Analyze and optimize purchasing process across the Chillers Plants, inventory management, materials systems development to maximize the process efficiency.How will you do it?Evaluating existing process and identify areas that need improvement. Ensure that standard work is completed and published in an updated version.Collaborating on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, process automation and JCMS integration.Consolidate and analyze supply chain KPI’sImplementing and document supply chain process.Fully participation in supply chain disruptions escalations, define root cause, count of measures for short/long term and track actions.Recommend and create software to improve process.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Participate in Risk AssessmentsParticipate in Training program.Intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behaviorIdentify and report potential environmental impactsAnalyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activityContribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position.What we look for?8+ years of experience in supply chain management or related occupation.Utilize experience with lean manufacturingIT/Demand pull manufacturing methods.ERP System knowledgeMRP and Replenish inventory control systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office**Education and experience requirements**: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Materials Control, Engineering or related fieldAdvanced EnglishAvailability to travel“Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion”
