The headquarters are located in Croglio, Ticino, where FAULHABER initially founded its first Swiss location in 1962.Our site in **Croglio**, located close to the Italian border, is covering an area of around 5000 m² and employs 280 people who develop and produce a broad spectrum of motor, gearhead and linear drive technology that form part of the extensive range of FAULHABER products.***SCOPE OF THE ROLE****Ensure to provide input and support in the areas of production on tooling design and modifications, scheduling, safety, maintenance and quality output of the production department processes.****MAIN ACTIVITIES**- Troubleshoot and adjust production process parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output- Execute production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement- Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement- Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance safe work environment within production department- Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions- Coordinate with outside retailers regarding maintenance and repair for tooling and equipment**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum of 5 years' experience as mechatronics mechanic with further certified technician training- Minimum of 5 years hands-on work experience in Electric Motors and Precision Mechanics- Experience of toolmaking- Good knowledge of SAP and expert in MS Office- Organizational sense, punctuality, precision- Good communication skills verbally and written- Italian mother tongue, fluent in English**Benefits**:- Flexible Working Time- Social Insurance contributions in favor of the employee- Continuos training- Canteen**Bitte eingeben..**:- Christine HaselFaulhaber SA- Via Cantonale 6980 Croglio
