**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Networking Specialist Advisor to join our team in Remote, Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico (MX).Networking Specialist - Infrastructure Design & ManagementCloud Network Ops Engineer (8 to 10 Years Exp)- Hands on experience on Routers, switches, Chassis Switches, ASA Firewall, F5 load balancers- Handling change management tickets.- Configuring Routers, Inter VLAN routing, Router networks by TCP/IP.- Resolving network related queries within the client SLA.- Incident and Problem Management.- Coordinating with 3rd party vendors (service providers).- Configuring and deploying new devices into monitoring portal.- Generation of utilization reports.- Attending Technical Bridge call if there is any major outage.- Ensure the assigned deliverables are met with the committed SLA"s.- Monitors trouble ticket trends and other information relevant to resolving the issue.- Perform Incident Management, problem Management and Change Management.- Provide inputs to Engineering team for root cause analysis and record solutions in the knowledge base.- Network IP address Management and allocation based on Tools or Offline database.- Run the system heath check procedures & provide inputs to Engineering teams.- Routers and Switching infrastructure management & configuration- Trouble shooting on Firewall, F5, Routing and Switching problems.- WAN Access technology configuration and troubleshooting.**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
