Production Supervisor

**OBJETIVE**:To comprehensively supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring compliance with established programs in terms of quality, quantity, safety and delivery times.**FUNCTIONS**:- Responsible for ensuring that production is carried out according to the established schedule, meeting deadlines, quantities and quality standards.- Responsible for supervising the team of supervisors and technicians, assigning tasks, evaluating performance and promoting a good working environment.- Verify the constant flow of OK units.- Verify that the products meet the quality standards established by the company and the customer's requirements.- Follow up on units in NG quality and verify that they are being followed up by the repair area to avoid backlog of units.- Coordinate and ensure that the equipment is in optimal operating conditions by scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance.- Responsible for making daily reports and submitting them.- Ensure that industrial safety and environmental standards are followed within the production plant.- Control the efficient use of raw materials, consumables and energy resources to optimize costs- Resolve daily incidents that may delay or affect production.- Propose and implement improvements in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.- Periodically report to management on progress, problems, production metrics and suggestions for improvement**REQUIREMENTS**:- University degree in industrial engineering, administration, or any other field.- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions.- Experience in in the electronics industry.- Advanced English 80%.- Handling high volumes of personnel- Leadership- Team player- Excellent communication skills**SHARE RESUME IN ENGLISH**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Servicio de comedor con descuentoPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta usted con disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana, si es necesario?
