Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**:**This position reports to**:Service Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for small to medium size projects. Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, cash in/out, as well as risks and opportunities. You will also showcase your expertise by monitoring, reporting, and managing deviations proactively. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Business division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: -Supervising project financial execution and performance with well-maintained schedule, cost, cash and risk planning of the individual project. -Monitoring project progress and regularly analyzing project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan. -Performs analysis of business performance versus plan and proposes improvement actions. -Supports the preparation of the relevant project's financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. -Ensures processes and controls within their area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with the group and unit requirements and maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and reviews. -Ensuring that the individual projects are closed as per contracts entered with customers.**Qualifications for the role**:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering.- 5 years experience in Project Costing and Controlling.- Knowledge in P&L and Costing.- SAP FI and Excel experience.- Medium English.- Financial Mindset and ability to find areas of improvement.- Ability to travel 10% national.**What's in it for you?**:- Get motivated by continuous improvement in what we do and how we do it, bring your know-how.- Coaching and mentoring from senior leaders and colleagues- Be yourself: join one or many of our Employee Resource Groups and make a difference**Benefits**:- Accident insurance- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Paid and Unpaid leave opportunities- Wellbeing program- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)**More about us**:
