Vi søker nå en Manufacturing Engineer til vår NPI-avdeling (New Product Introduction) – en nøkkelrolle i å ta nye produkter fra tegning til stabil produksjon. Hva er et NPI-prosjekt? Et NPI-prosjekt handler om å industrialisere nye komponenter fra kundens design og spesifikasjoner til en robust, effektiv og kvalitetssikret produksjonsprosess. Dette innebærer: Planlegging og etablering av operasjoner og prosessflyt. Utvikling av maskineringsstrategier og CNC-programmering. Kvalitetssikring og dokumentasjon. Kontinuerlig forbedring og optimalisering av prosesser. Du vil jobbe tett med design, kvalitetsingeniører, CNC-programmerere og produksjonsteamet for å sikre at nye produkter blir levert med høy kvalitet og til riktig tid. Dine ansvarsområder: Utarbeide operasjonsplaner og teknisk dokumentasjon. Delta i PPAP-prosesser og sikre godkjenning av produksjonsdeler. Bidra til innføring av nye prosesser, teknologi og Industri 4.0-løsninger. Utvikle «best practice» for maskineringsoperasjoner. Overvåke kvalitet og drive forbedringsarbeid. Samarbeide med kunder, leverandører og sertifiseringsorganer. Delta i interne og eksterne revisjoner. Vi ser etter deg som har: Relevant utdanning fra høyskole/universitet – gjerne kombinert med fagbrev. Produksjonserfaring (3–5 år er en fordel). Erfaring med CNC-dreiing og fresing. Kjennskap til måleteknikk og tegningslesing. Erfaring med ERP-systemer, gjerne TeamCenter (TCM) og SAP. Kompetanse innen kvalitet (grunnårsaksanalyser, SPC, risikostyring, PFMEA). Meget gode språkkunnskaper i norsk og engelsk. Fremoverlent, kvalitetsbevisst og trives med ansvar i en hektisk hverdag. Vi tilbyr: Opplæring i moderne produksjonsmetoder (Lean).
