Major Accountability'¢ Monitoring the preparation and dispatch of customer export orders, and planning/directing the flow of air and surface traffic to the final destination'¢ Manage Import, Export, Customs, and documentation related activities to ensure the good arrive on time'¢ Coordination with customs brokers and freight lines.'¢ Controlling all documentation related to the export process, ensuring necessary documentation is provided to customers to enable them to receive the products without delay'¢ Ensuring compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulationsKey Tasks and Responabilities1. Responsible of support Supply Chain to expedite the importation of raw materials, spare parts and equipment.2. Determine correct customs tariff classification for goods intended to import/export. Closely monitor all changes to USITC Harmonized Tariff Schedule3. Coordinate with Customs Broker and Carriers the correct importation, exportation and transportation of the goods to the plant on time4. Monitors Customs Broker and Carriers performance. Administration of KPI´s and reporting5. Supports Import-Export department in all documentation preparation activities6. Follow up on Company certifications7. Coordinates C-TPAT activities8. Customs Broker invoice validation9. Liaison with the Customs Broker to solve issues related to compliance
