TE Connectivity's Manufacturing Engineering analyze and develop, with support and guidance, production processes for the introduction of new products or transfer from one site to another under the necessary requirements and standards, ensuring a successful launch and increasing the productivity levels of the plant, contributing to the achievement of established goals.**What your background should look like**:**Responsibilities**:- Creation and development of production process procedures, specifically work instructions.- Once established - directly responsible for operating procedures (FMEA, visual aids, flow charts, etc.)- Study of times.- Balancing lines / cell design.- Support in training on the procedures, tools, specifications and methods of the required area.- Improvements in the production process.- Certification of part numbers.- Review of scrap and rejection reports, participating in the execution and closure of corrective actions.- Carry out additional activities required to ensure efficiency, quality and safety.- Collaborate in APQP procedures.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company and its processes.**_Requirements and Skills:_**- Education: Industrial Engineer/Mechatronics/Electronics/Mechanical- Experience: 1+ years in a similar position (preferably general manufacturing processes).- **Documentation: Valid Visa/Passport**:- Knowledge: General notions of ISO 9000, TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, CTPAT certifications.- Computer Skills: Management of Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word.- Skills: Problem solving, analytical, time management, adaptation to change.**Competencies**:Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation**At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.
