At Astra Zeneca, we’re dedicated to being a Great Place to workAs part of the Global Omnichannel Delivery team within GBS Commercial Operations, the Associate Content Delivery Manager (ACDM) will support the Content Delivery team with asset delivery. The ACDM will understand project demand and prioritization and will work closely with preferred production suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing assets.**Accountabilities**- Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects simultaneously, working in collaboration with our preferred production partners to ensure project deliverables are met.- Partner closely with Content Delivery Managers to understand asset demand and prioritization- Work collaboratively with both internal AZ teams and external partners located around the globe supporting the execution of production requests.- Track all projects in the approved project management tool so that we can accurately track asset volumes and costs savings.- Build strong relationships with key collaborators, preferred production partners and cross-functional internal team members to ensure that assets are produced and delivered efficiently and effectively.**Requirements**:- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or an advertising agency required.- Advanced English (written and verbal)- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key collaborators and cross-functional teams.- Project management skills with experience handling concurrent projects.**Desirable**- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is desired.**Expectation of working in the office 3 days a week statement**When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we ignite ambitious thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
