Join us in making history.This role supports the Amazon Customer Excellence Service (ACEs) team in Mexico. Based at our Fulfillment Center MEX6 in Tepotzotlan, Mexico, the position requires travel to other Amazon facilities, including Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations, and Corporate Offices, depending on ongoing projects.The primary responsibilities include analyzing business problems and translating them into functional requirements for tool development and process automation. You will work directly with clients to define optimal solutions based on stakeholder needs. Additionally, you will prepare data for analysis through descriptive statistics, aggregations, and pivots. The role also involves implementing and deploying data visualization tools, such as metrics dashboards, presentations, and reports.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling- Fluent Spanish & English SpeakingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasetsJob details- MEX, MEX, Tepotzetlan- Business Intelligence
