DescriptionAssure the correct operation of all mechanical equipment and maintain in goog conditions (Compressors, Gray, potable, hot, and cold water system, Vacuum pumps, air dryers, chillers, humidificators, boilers, natural gas pipelines, AHUs, VRVs, Doas, Extractors, diesel pumps, and fire protection system) Verify and report anomalies, abnormal consumptions, request all the spare parts needed to maintain in good conditions plant infrastructure, safeguard and perform inventory of department spare parts and tools, perform minor adjustment and monthly maintenance needed and participate in all improvement plans, attend to the FM tickets system, monitor and control BMS.**Qualifications**:- Experience as facilities technician (2 to 4 years).- Technical career (Mechanics, Mechatronic, Electromechanical).- Interpretation of drawings- Management of measurement tools (Calibrator, multimeter, etc.).- Use of conventional tools- Knowledge of pneumatic and electrical.- Basic English- NOM-001-SEDE-2018 intermediate knowledge- NOM-022-STPS basic knowledge- HVAC systems basic knowledgeContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
