You'll be the driving force behind our sourcing and recruiting efforts, shaping Lilly's future by identifying and attracting top talent across the US.**Key Responsibilities**- Execute sourcing strategies for various business areas and functions, ensuring a diverse talent pool for the future.- Analyze labor market trends and utilize recruitment intelligence to optimize diversity sourcing efforts.- Build and nurture relationships with multicultural organizations, focusing on sourcing underrepresented groups in STEM and other areas at Lilly.**Basic Requirements**- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting and conducting talent sourcing, ideally with a diversity and inclusion focus.- Proven experience in sourcing using internet research, search engines, Boolean strings, data mining, and cold calling.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- A passion for building relationships and a commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.Lilly does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.WeAreLilly
