**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Analyst to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).The Product Business Analyst/Product Owner will facilitate and manage projects by serving as a liaison for users and developers. This role is responsible for uncovering areas for improvement, communicating goals, and evaluating results as requested.**Responsibilities**:- Defining the development/delivery process for system upgrades and feature releases.- Uncovering areas for improvement then developing and implementing solutions, ensuring said solutions meet business needs and requirements.- Making prioritization and requirement decisions in line with overall strategic vision.- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.- Creating development tickets from the gathered requirements and pushing those feature developments through to delivery.- Work with the Technical Support team to review reported system issues, trace root causes and support necessary change management to remedy any user support requirements.- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projectsBasic Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred.- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.- A history of leading and supporting successful projects including Agile projects.- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.- Excellent documentation skills.- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.**About NTT DATA****NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
