We are committed to our team members’ development and empower those who wish to discover different areas of our business or acquire international experiences.**Job Description**:As Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the maintenance and programming process and related projects interacting with diverse, multi-functional technical and factory teams.**What You’ll Do**:Plan, manage execute and assure the machinery maintenance, through the programming of equipment to guarantee the machinery performance according to the KPI´s of the area.Assure that the machinery and equipment are in optimal conditions for their operation, through the correct administration and assurance of the area spare parts, maintaining the necessary inventory to avoid machinery stops.Buget, manage and execute CAPEX projects in the assigned áreas, either machinery refurbish or investment project, to increase the required capacity or save the current operation expenses.Coach, develop and evaluate the technical technicians in charge, establishing KPI´s for measure their performance, in order to achieve the standarization of personnel and assuring the support to any productive area. Evaluate, standardize and verify the correct behaviour of safety in machinery, to eliminate risks for the operating employees, as well as the machinery itself.**Qualifications**:Bachelor in Mechanical / Industrial / Control / Electric / Electronic Engineering.People management, Solid knowledge in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance in assembly & packaging machinery, Mechanical, pneumatics, electric & control engineering, spare parts management, manufacturing processes, project management and fluent english level.Teamwork, proactivity, supplier management, solving problems, encouragement, decision taking, propositive.LI-AS1Additional InformationBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
