Cualificaciones Académico: Estadística, Economía, Actuaría, Matemáticas Experiência mínima de 2 años en: iniciativas de generación y productivización de modelos analíticos. Idiomas: Inglés 95% Conocimiento específico en Machine Learning, analítica descriptiva, prescriptiva y predictiva. Capacidades de programación en lenguajes como R, PYTHON, o Java Script. Responsabilidades Ejecuta iniciativas relacionadas con modelos, definición de data sets y productivización de pipelines analíticos; Implementar productos analíticos, que ofrezcan solución a problemas de negocio. Participar activamente en proyectos propios de su área de interés (Data Science); Velar por la correcta ejecución (tiempo y forma) de los proyectos en los que participa. Será el Backup de lSub Gerente de Data Science y ejecutor de las iniciativas analíticas definidas. Monitorear resultados del negocio por medio de el desglose de informes de datos; Dar seguimiento (en conjunto con el negocio) a indicadores de gestión -KPI ´s, que permitan evaluar el impacto de las iniciativas desarrolladas. Definir y promover estándares para manejo de modelos analíticos; Estandarizar, optimizar y eficientar el desarrollo e implementación de modelos analíticos.
