Responsible of the Finished Goods Regional Distribution Centers (DC´s).Responsible of Heads of distribution centers and D&W teams.- The Regional Logistics Manager is responsible for administering the logistics management program ensuring timely delivery and shipments within budget goals.- The Regional Logistics Manager is responsible for controlling costs and supporting continuous improvements to productivity and systems within the DC´s.- Responsible of the material planning requirements, inventory, and warehouse management.- Responsible of the Storage, Transportation and Distribution Management Systems.- Responsible of the Good store and Good distribution practices in DC´s.- Lead and mentor their team by setting clear goals and targets which they will achieve through your support and coaching.- Provide inspirational leadership, coaching and guidance.- Manage the day-to-day operations in DC´s, ensure consistent and effective supplier management and ensure site and team readiness for key events.- Own the relationship with the vendors operating the sites for which you have responsibility.- Ensure a structured engagement based on data and facts that is focusses on goals and objectives.- Supplier responsibility, ensuring that all our vendors are operating highest standard.- Be intolerant of any breaches, ensuring accountability and driving action plans resulting from detail root cause analysis Manage peak events within the DC environment putting in place detailed plans.- Recognize the role the DC team plays in the wider success of operations and ensure you are an active and influential contributor to that wider community.- Ensure a constant review of ways of working, identify areas of improvement and drive collaboration across teams to make these improvements happen.- Establishes Lane Rates and Freight Cost management.- Negotiates contract rates and conditions with vendors logistics.- Works closely with the corporate and logistics center team throughout the organization to find opportunities for collaboration.- Credit & colletion collaboration, supporting & continuous improvements.- Customer service collaboration, supporting & continuous improvements.
