**Your Tasks**:- Definición de estructura de la fuerza de visita médica, asegurando la correcta distribución de los territorios en base al crecimiento proyectado para la marca por año.- Selección y desarrollo del equipo de visita médica por territorio.- Desarrollar procesos de coaching y planes de carrera individuales para asegurar el aprendizaje del personal a cargo, así como el desarrollo del mism- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas del equipo KPI ́S: Conocimientos, Cobertura, Calidad de visita, CloseUp, Ventas- Gestión de gastos del equipo de visita médica (viáticos)**Your Profile**:- Licenciatura Terminada- Manejo de Personal- Alto nível de análisis, conocimiento en ventas, efectividad fuerza de ventas y capacitación.- Experiência de al menos 3 años en la industria famaceutica o dermatológica- Conocimiento del Mercado Dermocosmético- Liderazgo y Coaching- Manejo de herramientas de análisis de perfomance (ATV, CLOSE UP, IQMED).- Ingles intermedioAt Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin - and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
