We have +180.000 employees and operates 12 technical centers, as well as manufacturing sites and customer support centers, in 44 countries.**Your Role**You will be responsible for all matters related to the global organization and ASUX plant support for industrialization of global products.Your day to day will consist of the following:- Develop software for active safety production projects- Lead/manage industrialization of global products from award phase up to series production- Enforce proper requirements management- Develop the production line concept with optimized material flow, estimated cycle times, and traceability concept- Attend the regular project meetings- Create and maintain the Manufacturing Engineering project schedule- Prepare, organize and attend the milestone build dates- Drive and track P-FMEA, respecting Functional Safety aspects- Plan, define, procure and track needed process technology and equipment for production- Participate in escalation meetings on program management level and with customer.**Your Background**Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:- **Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline**:- **5+ years of work experience in Automotive Industry, preferred in manufacturing engineering.**:- **Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing**:- **Ability to work and live in a global network environment**:- **Outstanding knowledge of lean concepts**:- **Excellent project management skills**:- **Strong problem solving capability****Why join us?**- **You can grow at Aptiv. **Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact **.
