Business System Analyst

Therefore, we need talented, innovative people who are passionate about what they do.We are currently looking for a**Business System Analyst****Main Purpose**The person in the role manages and SAP system access for all 3rd party co-pack employees requiring a GPID. They develop and maintain PBC scorecards and provide analytical support for results interpretation, manage the CoPack Capability Database, ensure SOX compliance for systems access. They will have responsibility for the management of all legal agreements (Confidentiality agreements, LOIs, contracts, insurance certificates, etc.) for the PBNA Contract Manufacturing organization so that our organization is always in compliance with regulations and is audit ready. They will provide support for copacker daily SAP transactional issues, new copacker set ups and annual BOM reviews.**Responsibilities**:- Contract Manufacturing Systems lead for end-to-end management of the processes for Co-Packer system access and usage for over 800+ Contract Manufacturing users. Includes set up of GPIDs and SAP Portal access for all CMM’s and Co-Packers and PGCS Portal access for all Co-Packers ordering kits. Responsible for quarterly user access verification as well as annual audit of processes and copacker associate access to achieve SOX compliance. Acts as Organization Administrator (OA) assuring SOX Compliance for SAP for PBNA Contract Manufacturing. Conducts internal quarterly audits and responsible for external audit compliance. As myidM administrator, interacts daily with both internal & external personnel to setup copacker system access including myidM, GPIDs, SAP role mapping, verification of access, and manages ongoing system access changes.- Maintain data integrity for all legal agreements (including contracts, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, and insurance certificates) on Co-pack Contracts shared site. Ensure all PepsiCo co-packer legal documents are accurately maintained, indexed and audit ready. Perform quarterly and annual internal audits.- Develops and maintains the PBNA Contract Manufacturing Scorecard each period for over 40 co-pack locations that produce over 225MM cases per year and provides insights on drivers for out-of-range results. Interacts with both internal & external stakeholders to address all aspects of scorecard reporting and development for over 40 co-pack locations that produce over 225MM cases per year.- Ensures organization and maintenance of all information in the Contract Manufacturing Collaboration tools and ensures organizational readiness for Contract Manufacturing SOX Controls and audits- Manages the CoPack Capability Database including inputs, analysis, and report requirements for both current and potential contract manufacturing sites.- Manages the data set up process for new copackers SAP plant number, vendor number, facility identifier, and myidM project number- Performs BOM reviews on an annual basis- Provides SAP support to copackers to help resolve common SAP transactional errors and other issuesQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management)- Demonstrated planning and organization skills- Ability to give and receive feedback- Fluent knowledge of and use of MS Office Suite- 6 months - 1 year of supply chain or operations experience preferredThis position is based in Mexico City, Mexico
