Our international team of 1200 professionals and digital nomads works all over the world.**Our teams of digital nomads** work remotely from **Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.**In August 2024, we achieved **Great Place to Work US Certification**This achievement reflects our core belief that a truly exceptional workplace is built on trust, pride, and camaraderie—not just great perks.We are looking for a Community Manager**_for one of our investment products_**.****Your main tasks will be**:- Manage and grow our presence on **Discord** and **Reddit**, ensuring active, healthy, and engaged communities;- Create **high-quality, engaging content** tailored to each platform to drive conversations and community participation;- Increase the **number of followers** and **overall engagement** within our branded channels through organic initiatives;- Act as a bridge between the **community and the development team**, providing timely feedback on bugs, feature requests, and other user concerns.**We expect from you**:- Proven experience managing communities on **Discord and Reddit**, with a deep understanding of platform mechanics and culture;- Strong **copywriting skills** and the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences and platforms;- Deep familiarity with **internet culture, memes, trends**, and the dynamics of online communities;- Solid understanding of **AI concepts**, tools, and trends; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users;- Active user of **ChatGPT** or similar AI platforms; understanding of best practices for AI interaction and use cases;- Excellent command of **English (C1 or higher)**; **native-level fluency** is a strong plus;- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple community channels simultaneously;- Experience in **analyzing community data**, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.**What do we offer**:- **REMOTE OPPORTUNITY** to work full time;- ** Vacation** 28 calendar days per year;- ** 7 wellness days per year** (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;- ** Bonuses up to $5000**for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;- Full payment for **professional training, international conferences and meetings;**:- Corporate discount for **English lessons;**:- **Health benefits.**According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee.
