We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.**Responsibilities**:- Serves as a Point-Of-Contact between the warehouse, customer, and planner in administration of accounts.- Coordinates with carriers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks for pick-up, estimating times of arrival and delivery, and recovering loads when necessary.- Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer orders.
