**Responsabilidades**- Llevar a cabo los servicios de acuerdo con el alcance contratado de manera oportuna y con calidad- Asegúrese de que todos los servicios cumplen con los requisitos de seguridad e higiene de acuerdo con normatividad de la organización.- Mantener la actualización del sistema de acuerdo con el firmware más adelante disponible para protegerlo de cualquier tema.- Mantenga los equipos y sistema de ETS asignada con un buen desempeño.- Soporte al cliente en cualquier asunto reportado de ETS- Reportar sus actividades realizadas y gastos en la semana, cada viernes por la tarde/noche- Mantener una estrecha relación con el cliente para soportarlo en sus necesidades de automatización y control.**Experiência requerida**- De preferencia 1-2 años de experiência en verificación y solución de problemas de HW y SW de ETS Control Wave, ROC, Scada, Open Enterprise, asignada en las instalaciones del cliente, puesta en servicio, apoyo y ayuda de arranque al cliente, documentación y entrenamiento al cliente en los productos de ETS**Nível académico**- Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Eléctrica, Electrónica o en Control
