We want to find, grow, and keep the very best employees in the industry by valuing differences, offering amazing careers, and having fun.**_ What Is Your Role?_**- Participate as a member of development team and interact with the business team.- Perform analysis of functional and business requirements.- Design solutions.- Independently complete code to implement solutions.- Participate in code reviews.- Engage with the business team to perform end-to-end testing.**_ What Experience Do You Need?_**- Functional Analyst and Solution Designer in SAP ECC and S/4 Supply chain management- SAP S4 Materials Management (MM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass,- SAP S4 Sales and Distribution- SAP S4/Hana Procurement functions relating to Ariba.- SAP S4/Hana and Ariba on Demand interfaces for Master and Transactional Data.- SAP Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) module.- SAP Ariba on Demand modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Buyer and SLP.- CIG.- SAP Fieldglass.- ABAP- EDI/IDOC**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**- Strong Business analysis and problem-solving skills.- Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies.- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.- Experience working cross-culturally with varied colleagues in a global environment.- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.- Ability to adjust approach and style to meet diverse and changing needs.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage constant changes of direction and priorities.- Solid influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills to champion and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, peers, and other key partners.- Must be a team player and be self-motivated to work independently in a geographically dispersed, multi-cultural team.**_ Education and Experience Required: _**- First level University degree (or equivalent).- 8-10 years of SAP S4, MM, Ariba on Demand modules, Fieldglass functional experience.- Proficient English language skills, both verbal and written.LI-POST
