Requisition ID: 43486- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MX- Employment Type: Full Time- Segment: Group Functions CFO- Job Function: Finance & Accounting- Work Location Type: On-site**Responsibilities**:- Manage and update fixed asset register, track AUC, and handle monthly depreciation- Perform intercompany reconciliations, follow up on balances, ensure compliance with policies- Support month-end closing by reviewing and finalizing financial records, ensuring accuracy- Ensure transactions meet internal controls and standards; support audits with documentation- Support automation and standardization to improve accuracy and efficiency- Identify process improvements within SSC- Prepare timely balance sheet reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, ensure audit readiness, and escalate risks when needed**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 2-4 years in GL accounting, ideally in SSC or multinational setting- Knowledge of IFRS / local GAAP- English (B2) spoken and written- ERP system use (SAP, Oracle)- Strong Excel skills**Preferred Qualifications**- European language or Portuguese is a plus- GL experience in SSC / BPO- Fixed asset and intercompany module experience in SAP or Oracle- Familiarity with reconciliation or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
