Human by nature.**Raw Materials Supervisor**, your future opportunity?****You will be responsible for**:- Performs various administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, maintaining, and tracking inventory, ordering installation and equipment maintenance and repairs, and acting as liaison between material handlers, freight forwarders, supervisors, and managers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.- You will report to our Raw Materials Coordinator, based in Querétaro, Mexico.**Key Responsibilities**- Present results and key performance indicators to senior management in a clear and impactful manner.- Contribute to root cause analyses to identify and resolve incidents effectively.- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.- Oversee and maintain work plans, ensuring staff are informed of daily activities and properly guided on work instructions.- Track the status of all pending orders and take appropriate action to ensure timely completion.- File, update, and safeguard all shipment-related documentation and memoranda.- Initiate and monitor general maintenance and repair requests, ensuring efficient execution.- Provide accurate material flow and inventory updates to Planning, Production, Quality Control, Customer Service, and other relevant functions.- Perform basic safety inspections, identify workplace hazards, and recommend effective corrective actions.- Ensure compliance with housekeeping, sanitation, food safety, and safety standards, in alignment with company guidelines and regulatory requirements (including but not limited to GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA).- Support the delivery of employee training programs as needed.**Your professional profile includes**:- Professional degree in Chemical Engineering.- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in coordination, planning, administration, or related activities.- No prior experience in logistics or warehouse required.- Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge.- Advanced English level.**We offer the following benefits**:- Annual bonus and PTU.- Excellent medical insurance plan.- Excellent savings plan.- Gym pass benefits.- Career Development Opportunities with access to many virtual learning sessions.- International working environment- Queda prohibida la solicitud de certificados médicos de no embarazo y Virus de Inmunodeficiencia Humana (VIH) como requisitos para el ingreso, permanencia o ascenso en el empleo._- At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.You work within an inspiring teamwork culture - where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions.Every essence of you enriches our world.Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners.Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world.**Remote working**:On-site
