**Key Activities and Responsibilities**- First contact person for the local organization Direct reporting to HCM Leadership on status of activities- Senior Country stakeholders' interaction and management within the country- Driving adherence to common project planning, execution and reporting standards in the specific country- Proactively raise and manage risks related to the regional implementation- Coordination and monitoring of Wave planning and execution progress to ensure successful Wave go-live- Responsible for advising and managing any local integrations- Advises and monitors on country tasks- regulatory reporting, data retention, data usage clauses in agreements, data control, data transfer between entities- Manages governance for local requirements- Adherence to data protection and data privacy laws and regulations- Is the change agent for the country (and involves local HR colleagues)- Trains and supports local employees- Tests local E2E process- Alignment on regional / local parallel initiatives and 3rd party counterparts to avoid conflicts with Wave roll-out (focus on Business aspects)- Management of Wave and key Country project deliverables & mitigation of critical risks (focus on business topics)- Management of escalation process for Country project issues (focus on business topics)- Support of proper service delivery at local level across all project phases in collaboration with HCM Functional / Enabling Leads- Ensures all legal and regulatory aspects within the region are adhered to including data protection, works councils' approvals etc.- Ensures proposed implemented processes are fully compliant to local regulations and standards- Comply with the Statutory/Legal/Regulatory, and Compliance (‘SLRC) requirements for each territory/country where localization requirements arise as part of the HCM Workday solution deployment in each territory/country- Coordination and management of global and local requirements ensuring that all the relevant requirements are challenged as must have (regulatory, fiscal etc.) and provided to support the HCM implementation- Provides the deployment team with all the necessary point of contacts to be responsible for gathering of local requirements- ImplementsWorkday best practice during Design and implementation phases**Required Skills**:- Project administration expertise- Goodcommunication skills- Good organizational and planning skills- Self-motivation and proactivity- Financial management skills- Good Microsoft Office skills (including MS project & SharePoint)- Good reporting skills- Ability to interact with senior management- Fluent English (other languages preferred)nullnull
