**Basic Purpose**As an infrastructure engineer:You will participate in IT and business projects, provide support, and consult with other members within IT including development groups, Front Line IT, or Infrastructure Operations.You will be able to build and lead effective plans low-to-peers, internal customers and vendors.You will be ensuring supportable and reliable operations.**Essential Functions**Define the necessary infrastructure for the different projects in Evo under the guidelines of the IT policies in EVO.Identify issues and risk mitigation, and coordinate/manage the resolution processPerform efficient and thorough reviews of the components involved in the infrastructure.Actively participate in the activities required by the different certifications that Evo has, including PCI.**Required Experience**5 years working with IT infrastructure.Experience in PCI certifications is a plusExperience debugging complex problems that span multiple systemsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a computer-related field, or 5 years working with IT infrastructure.Proven project manager skills.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Skills and competenciesPassion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolutionStrong interpersonal, strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.Strong analytical and thinking skills.**Organizational Relationships**Ensure that all the deliverables meet the different project plans to support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
