As a SMA I you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.**What you will be doing**:- Supporting Project Manager in quality and data oversight to ensure inspection/audit readiness, including oversight/management of a eTMF- Completion and maintenance of internal systems/databases/tracking tools and project plans- Supporting the study team in global study coordination activities- Development and review of study documents and study plans- Vendor Management- Country Oversight- Risk Management- Clinical Supplies oversight and recruitment materials management**You are**:- Graduate or Bachelor level with at least 1+ years of clinical trial experience- A proven experience in clinical operations and/or global study management is required ( Global CTA, Clinical Project Associate, Remote CRA)- Good understanding of the principles of project planning & project management in clinical research- Scientific background and knowledge of clinical trials (including ICH-GCP) is required.- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities within various clinical trials with good planning, time management and prioritization skills- Proven negotiation and influencing skills and effective at conflict resolution- Familiarity with basic finance and accounting principles in order to understand budget, invoices, cross-charges and expense reports**What ICON can offer you**:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
