Your New Role As a Senior Staff Architect for Office 365, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Office 365 solutions that meet our clients’ complex business requirements. You will guide the technical strategy, improve the O365 architecture, and ensure the delivery of cutting‑edge, scalable, and secure solutions. Role Accountabilities OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT Provide expert guidance and direction to technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of O365 solutions. Architect comprehensive O365 solutions that address business problems, operational challenges, and strategic goals. Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other architects to align technical solutions with business needs. Stay abreast of new O365 features, functionalities, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with O365 implementations, ensuring robust security and compliance frameworks. Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines. Mentor and coach junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth. STRATEGY Develop and implement strategies for the deployment and adoption of Office 365 services. Advise on best practices and potential improvements to Office 365 service utilization. Collaborate with other IT teams to align Office 365 services with broader organizational goals. ANALYTICS Analyze and report on Office 365 service usage and performance. Identify trends and insights to inform decision‑making related to Office 365 services. Support the optimization of Office 365 services based on data‑driven findings. Qualifications & Experiences Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years focused on Office 365 and related technologies; overall IT architecture experience of 5–12 years is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in O365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, and other Microsoft cloud services. Soft Skills: Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Additional Expertise: Collaboration with IT security to ensure the security and compliance of the Office 365 environment; planning and implementation of Office 365 updates and changes; PowerShell scripting and automation; experience working in a global company. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
